Salary Range


  • $50,000 – $70,000/ year

Educational Requirements


  • A minimum education with a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior, education, communications, business or public administration or related field Duration: ~4 years.
  • Two to four years of experience as an Training Officer l, responsibilities include planning and developing curriculum, and coordinating and conducting formal training.
  • Three to five years of experience as an Training Officer l, responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, planning and developing curriculum, and coordinating and conducting formal training.
  • To advance requires four to six additional years to become an Employee Development Manager. In addition to managing employee development programs.
