Salary Range

Required Experience
- No minimum education is required.
- To become a Ground Maintenance Worker I and II, six months of experience as a general laborer that includes the operation of tools and small equipment.
- As a Ground Maintenance Worker III and IV, one year of experience progressive professional experience using a variety of tools, equipment and techniques.
- To advance to a Ground Maintenance Worker V in ground services, three years of experience including landscape, garden, or greenhouse maintenance; OR
- To advance to a Ground Maintenance Worker V in irrigation, three years of experience including installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems and related equipment.
