Salary Range


  • $69,000 – $90,000/ year

Required Experience


  • A Clinical Program Manager I requires a minimum education of a master’s degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a related field; OR a doctoral degree with a focus on Intellectual Disabilities, Child and Adolescent Services, or Mental Health. The duration for completing this education is two to three years.
  • For a Clinical Program Manager II, the requirements include a master’s degree in a human service delivery setting, with experience in development, management, and/or oversight of programs; OR a doctoral degree with a focus on Intellectual Disabilities, Child and Adolescent Services, or Mental Health, along with experience in supervising professionals. The duration for completing this education is three to four years.
  • As a Clinical Program Manager III, a master’s degree in a human service delivery setting is required, including two years of experience in the development, management, and/or oversight of program budgets; OR a doctoral degree with a focus on Intellectual Disabilities, Child and Adolescent Services, Mental Health, or Forensics Mental Health. The duration for completing this education is three to four years.
