Required Experience
- As a Cancer Registry Specialist I, current certification as a Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) issued by the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA).
- To advance to a Cancer Registry Specialist II, current certification in addition to one year of professional experience in a cancer registry program that includes reviewing, coding and abstracting cancer data and conducting quality assurance audits and performing cancer registry program training.
