Community Health Workers (CHWs) are essential members of the healthcare system who serve as a bridge between healthcare providers and the communities they serve. They are the heartbeat of community wellness. CHWs connect individuals with vital health resources, provide education, and advocate for healthier lifestyles. With compassion and dedication, they empower people to take control of their health, build trust within communities, and break down barriers to healthcare access. They make a tangible difference, ensuring that everyone has the support they need to lead healthier, happier lives.
