Salary Range

Required Experience
- A minimum education with a bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare or business administration, the medical or biological sciences, criminal justice, or related field Duration: ~4 years.
- To become a Health Facilities Inspector I and II, one to two years of professional experience involving the inspection, licensing, or complaint investigation of healthcare or childcare facilities to determine compliance with state or federal laws and regulations is required.
- As a Health Facilities Inspector III, three years of professional experience as an inspector or surveyor in a health-related accrediting organization or in a state or federal regulatory compliance program.
- To advance to a Health Facilities Inspector Manager, four years of progressive experience with the Nevada State Services are needed.
